Compensation for technical problems

Miniclip Games supports the work of the platform and comfortable access for players. Nevertheless, sometimes technical problems arise which can not be prevented or prevented. Technical support seeks in the shortest possible time to help players who have encountered technical mistakes.

Technical support considers claims for compensation on an individual basis, so solutions or compensations for similar applications may vary. In addition to specialists from technical support, no one has the right to appeal a decision on compensation or to compensate the player’s losses.

Technical support does not compensate for the loss, if it is impossible to confirm that the error is caused by an incorrect operation of the game or server. Players must send a request for compensation within seven days of the occurrence of a technical error. Applications sent later are not considered.

Technical support does not compensate for losses listed in the list (but not limited to this list):

If the player requests compensation for theoretical losses or lost profits. Technical support compensates only for lost assets that were in the possession of the player;
If the losses are caused by technical problems of the player’s system (incorrect operation of the computer, Internet connection and others) or a system owned by a third party;
If the player requests compensation for lost profits due to account blocking on the Miniclip Games platform or in the game platform Miniclip Games, which was blocked for violation of the rules;
If the loss is caused by inactivity of the player’s computer.
For duplicating applications for compensation and providing false information to the player’s account disciplinary measures are applied.
